IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Rosalina "Rosie/Rose"
Toribio Winger
November 16, 1948 – March 21, 2026
Visitation
Coastal Funeral Center
4:00 - 8:00 pm (Pacific time)
Rosie went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on March 21, 2026. She was born on November 16, 1948, in the Philippines.
Rosie was a woman of strength, love, and unwavering devotion to her family. She worked tirelessly to provide a better future for her children and grandchildren, always putting their needs before her own. She was incredibly independent, resilient, and a true fighter in every season of life.
She found great joy in cooking for her family, expressing her love through every meal she prepared. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the comforting aroma of her cooking. Her beautiful smile brought so much joy to her family and friends, and her wonderful sense of humor had a way of making everyone laugh, even in difficult times.
Rosie worked at Costco Wholesale for several years, where she built meaningful friendships with many who came to love her like family. She had a heart for people and naturally created connections wherever she went.
Her faith was an important part of her life. Rosie found the Lord through her home church, International Church of Harvest, where she faithfully attended and became part of a loving lifegroup family who walked alongside her in faith.
Rosie had a generous heart and was always willing to help others. Whether family, friends, or anyone in need, she gave freely of her time, love, and care. Her life was a reflection of kindness, sacrifice, and deep, unconditional love.
She is lovingly survived by her children, Nancy (Rommel) and Brian (Chale); her grandchildren, Dustin (Katerina), Marc, Lianna, Jhustine, Keith, Briana, Riley, Aimee, and Eric; and extended family who will forever cherish her memory and the legacy of love she leaves behind.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord Jesus. Her strength, love, and laughter will continue to live on in all of us.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
— 2 Timothy 4:7
