Maxine Baker Griffin

Maxine Griffin, 100, beloved Mother, Daughter, Grandma, and Spouse, was called to her eternal resting place on December 1, 2024. She entered this world on August 8, 1924 in Malvern, AR. Born to Silas and Clara Baker.

Maxine is survived by her son Gary Griffin of Yucaipa, CA; grandchildren Lisa Marcoe of Walnut, CA., Debbie McGill of Walnut, CA., Seasun Baker of Oxnard, CA., Brittany Curiel of Rockvale, TN and Reese Griffin of Yucaipa, CA; 11 great-grandchildren Matthew Gonzalez, Ryan McGill, Megan McGill, Daniel Marcoe, Victoria Marcoe Nunez, Jacob McGill, Penelope Curiel, Wrigley Curiel, Dutton Curiel, Brooklyn Alonzo and Patrick Barnett along with many great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Willis Ivy Griffin and son, Ronald Desi Baker.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 10:00am at Coastal Funeral Center, 25001 Narbonne Ave., Lomita, California 90717.
