Floyd Garcia, 89, beloved Father and Husband, was called to his eternal resting place on October 23, 2020. He entered this world on October 5, 1931. He is survived by his wife, Josie Garcia; his son, Jim Garcia (Susan Garcia); and his daughter, Sylvia Pallitto (David Cohen). He was a 49-year member of Local 12 Operating Engineers. Floyd enjoyed golf, the Raiders and UCLA, but most of all he loved his Family. Forever in Our Hearts....
