Dianne Helen Molloy passed away peacefully the morning of her 89th birthday, January 18th, 2022. Born in Santa Barbara, California, and lived in Harbor City, California for most of her life. She served her community at Camelot Drug Store in the pharmacy as a technician for over 34 years. Services will be held at Coast Funeral Center, 25001 Narbonne Ave, Lomita, California at 2:00 pm on February 2, 2022.
Dianne is proceeded by her grandmother Odessa Bailey, her father and mother, Rudy and Helen Garcia and many furry animals of the cat, kitten nature too many to name.
Dianne, also called Gee Gee by her family, will be missed by many, most especially her son Greg Gallagher, grandsons Shaun and Chris Gallagher, great grandson's Brayden and Liam Gallagher, and her extended family Shellie, Trina, Jennifer, Lynn, Angel, Ella, Desman, her bestie's Sharon, Claudia, Little Joe, and most importantly her furry friends Mr. Cat, Fluffy, Angel, Kitty Cat, Stinky, Momma Star and Big Brother.
Dianne loved cat's, kittens, and many other furry creatures. We believe she was a cat whisperer, and she was referred to as the cat lady by some. In her years on earth, she cared for many of God's special creatures including skunks, squirrels, and raccoons, they were all her friends. She loved to go to Glamis at Thanksgiving and was the resident grandmother to all, loved to go to the casino to play the slots, the penny slots were her favorite and she always won. She didn't take any crap from anyone, always spoke her mind, had a great sense of humor, told the truth if you wanted to hear it or not but always from love, loved to take pictures with her film roll camera and share them with her friends and family, raced corvettes at Lions Raceway, rode a dirt bike which is still in her garage. She's probably riding it in heaven right now or driving a fast car or petting a cat all the things she loved to do.
